Returns/Exchanges/Damage

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return the item to exchange for another item of equal or greater value. You will be charged the difference for items of greater value. No cash refunds allowed.

You must call us for a Return Authorization (RA) within 48 hours of receipt of the item. You will be issued an RA number at the time of your claim. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

Shipping costs will be paid for by the customer for all exchanges. Please use original packing material when returning items. Please properly insure all returned items as items damaged during freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

Queen Bee will carefully inspect and package all items for shipment. Should you receive an item damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a damage claim with the carrier. You must use the original packaging material to return the item. Queen Bee will replace the damaged item after the claim has been processed and the item returned.

Standard Shipping & Processing

All shipping and processing costs will be added to the price of the item.

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS ground service, and generally will arrive in 7-10 business days.

Express Delivery is available. For faster delivery, UPS offers 2 and 3 Business Day Express Service. Please contact us for special shipping instructions and rates. We will quote you the rate depending on where you are located and how fast you need it. Please call us during our normal operating hours for special shipping requests so we can assist in the best possible way.

Orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged an additional $10 for standard shipping and processing.

We will ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We will ship to Canada and regret that we cannot ship to other foreign countries.

Tracking your order

Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 24 hours after it has been placed. To find out the status of your order, please visit UPS.com and enter your tracking number (which will be emailed to you when your order is shipped).
